Dr Dinesh Kini is a leading gastroenterologist in Karnataka with vast experience of more than 25 years. He is trained at the premier National Institute SGPGI, Lucknow.

He is a pioneer in developing a gastroenterology program in major hospitals in Bangalore.

One of the first in the state of Karnataka to initiate:

• RFA (Radio frequency Ablation) for patients with liver cancer
• Y 99 radio embolization for patient with liver cancer

• TIPSS for patients with refractory ascites due to cirrhosis
• Transjugular liver biopsy for obtaining liver histology
• Retrievable metal stenting for benign bile duct stricture
• Triple side to side biliary enteral stenting for bile duct cancer
• Spy glass/Holmium laser lithotripsy for large bile duct stone
